Bushfire Risk Assessments
When submitting a Development Application (DA) for a project located on bushfire prone land, Council’s will request a bushfire risk assessment be prepared as part of the application,
This report must state that the development conforms to the relevant specifications and requirements.
We are recognized by the NSW RFS to provide such a report that can form part of the development application for submission to the relevant consent authority (usually the relevant council).
